You can pick up and drop off the car anywhere in the service area. If you pick up/return the car at Narita, there will be no additional charge. If you want to pick up or return the car outside of this area, such as in the Tokyo zone, there will be a service charge of 6,000 JPY per trip. If you need us to pick up or return the car at Haneda, the service charge will be 8,000 JPY. Note - Within 65 km: ¥6,000 - Over 65 km and up to 75 km: ¥8,000 Distance is calculated from our company's location in Yachimata City, Chiba Prefecture.

Yes, all cars come with insurance covering all passengers, so you do not need to purchase additional insurance.

For foreigners wishing to travel in Japan and rent a car, you must have an international driving permit issued by a country that is a signatory of the Geneva Convention. This permit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue (a 3-year international driving permit cannot be used because it is part of a different treaty).

Our company provides two types of vans: - Toyota Alphard (6-7 seats) - Toyota Hiace Grand Cabin (10 seats) Many customers are concerned about whether their International Driving Permit (IDP) is valid for driving these vehicles in Japan. Please find the clarification below. An International Driving Permit under the Geneva Convention, issued based on a standard passenger car driving license, is valid for driving vehicles with up to 10 seats. However, if you drive a Toyota Hiace Grand Cabin (10 seats), your International Driving Permit must include a "Category D" stamp. Without the D stamp, the driver is only permitted to drive: - standard passenger vehicles - Toyota Alphard (6-7 seats) * Please make sure to check your International Driving Permit in advance, and ensure that your license is valid and not expired.

If you are traveling with children under the age of 6, you are required by Japanese law to use a child car seat. There is a rental fee of 1,000 JPY per seat per rental period (during the promotional period, the car seat is free of charge, but please notify the staff in advance).

Child's car seats are free of charge during the promotional period. Please inform the staff in advance to request a car seat before the pickup date.

All cars currently available for rent come with an integrated GPS system. If you wish to connect your phone to use navigation, you can connect it via USB and use CarPlay.

ETC (Electronic Toll Collection System) is an automatic highway toll collection system that does not require stopping the car. It works by sending a wireless signal between the antenna installed at the tollgate. By using an ETC card (IC card), you can pass through the toll gate without stopping to pay.

Currently, all rental cars come with an ETC card included. You do not need to rent it separately.

◾ When you receive the car, the rental company will insert the ETC card into the ETC device, which is connected to the receiver near the windshield. ◾ Insert the card fully. The ETC device will show a green indicator when it is ready. ◾ Enter and exit only lanes marked "ETC" (#blue) that are open. ◾ #Blue road surface indicates the ETC entrance lane. ◾ If the lane shows X #red, it means #that lane is closed. Do not enter. ◾ Sometimes the light may not appear. If there is no entry barrier, the lane is considered open. ◾ Check the lane from GPS (easiest way). ◾ Keep speed under 20 km/h. ◾ No overtaking in toll lanes (queue only). ◾ If the barrier does not open, #do not reverse. Press the intercom and speak with staff. ◾ If all ETC lanes at the exit are closed, enter the staffed lane, hand over the ETC card, and pay in cash. ◾ When returning the car, the rental company will remove the ETC card and calculate the total toll charges for you to pay.

You will pay the toll fees when you return the car. The rental company will calculate the toll charges based on the usage and ask you to pay upon returning the car.

In Japan, people drive on the left side of the road, and the steering wheel is on the right-hand side. This is similar to driving in Thailand, so there is no need to worry.

When the car is handed over to you, it is usually filled with a full tank of gas. You are responsible for refueling during the rental period, and the tank should be filled back to the same level.

You can use our service by specifying the time for car delivery and/or return. The service is available from 9:00 AM to no later than 8:00 PM (Japan local time).

In the event of a collision or an accident with no third party, the customer must notify our company immediately at the time of the incident. If the customer is at fault or if there is no third party involved, the customer will be responsible for various charges including the NOC (Non-Operation Charge) and the Excess (deductible cost). These charges will be assessed by our on-site staff and will range from ¥20,000 to ¥150,000, depending on the level of damage.
